Stardust Photobooths – Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking with Stardust Photobooths, you agree that:

  1. Booking & Payment

    • Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit is paid. Full payment is due prior to the event. Late payments may result in cancellation.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • Client Cancellation: If you cancel, 50% of your total booking fee will be retained. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

    • Stardust Photobooths Cancellation: If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  3. Event Requirements & Safety

    • You must provide a safe space, adequate power access, and a suitable environment for setup and operation.

    • Guests must not misuse or tamper with the equipment.

  4. Equipment Damage

    • You accept responsibility for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or attendees at your event, and agree to cover repair or replacement costs.

  5. Service Limitations

    • While all reasonable care is taken, Stardust Photobooths is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or reduced functionality caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or guest behaviour.

  6. Photos & Online Sharing

    • Prints and digital photos are provided as part of the service.

    • We respect requests not to share photos online; however, we cannot control or be held responsible for photos shared by guests or other third parties.

    • Stardust Photobooths retains copyright of all photos and may use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

  7. Privacy

    • Personal information collected for bookings will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

  8. Indemnity

    • You indemnify Stardust Photobooths against any claims, damages, or losses arising from guests’ actions or misuse of equipment.

  9. Force Majeure

    • Stardust Photobooths is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or reduced functionality caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or venue restrictions.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    • Stardust Photobooths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including personal injury, property damage, or missed photos.

  11. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
